Shadows Over Ashford

Ashford should have been an easy stop on the old trade road, but the chapel bell rings at the wrong hour, livestock vanish without tracks, and every family in town insists nothing is wrong. When a child disappears after whispering about a woman in the fog, the party is pulled into a village mystery stitched together from bad memories, locked doors, and fear that has had far too long to settle in. Designed as a compact mystery-horror session, this adventure emphasizes investigation, eerie roleplay, and a mounting sense that the truth is hiding in plain sight.
